A full 10 hours of direct access with me (Jo), to ask questions, get my support, creative ideas and feedback, reflect, and take massive action to help put you on the path to your optimal health.
So much more than a traditional coaching conversation or nutritional service…
We’ll have the space of an entire day together to brainstorm meal and snack ideas, get creative and experimental in the kitchen, tackle self-care and mindset blocks and work through food prep strategies that really work for you and your lifestyle.
Ultimately, this all enables you to take big action in real-time whilst still allowing for plenty of space to process and reflect. It is this space for reflection and experimentation that is such a huge part of what makes Health Coach On Call so unique and effective!

I’m a Certified Health Coach trained through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and also have a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the E-Cornell University programme. I am a life coach and mental health workshop leader and I have been plant-based myself for 10 years. My recipes and articles have been featured in magazines and on platforms below. I am incredibly passionate about the power of a plant-based diet as a gateway to living our optimal life - both physically and mentally. Let’s do this!
