I believe nutrition is the gateway to our optimum physical, mental and spiritual health. Through changing what I put on my plate, I changed my relationship with every aspect of my life.
I’ve shared hundreds of recipes freely on my blog and in magazines over the last 10 years, but I love creating these recipes books and guides to offer recipes and ideas in an easy-access format. Most will include extra notes and ideas to inspire your own creative variations.
All recipes in these recipe guides are plant-based BUT they are created to be enjoyed by everyone. Most of the recipes are gluten free too and perfect if you are aiming to reduce your refined sugar intake without giving up treats!
